Nowadays, business environment is changing dynamically, forcing organizations to focus on the use of new resources, operate them effectively, especially in context international business. One these resources organizational culture as an important factor increasing company’s level competitiveness. The study term "organizational culture" modern economic science occupies a leading place theoretical and practical aspects organizations’ activities. purpose this research identify analyze characteristics multinational organization. It proposed single out following approaches concept culture": value, socio-psychological, economic. There general category each (value, socio-psychological economic) that we can clearly see all definitions - values or value orientations individual. This allows person decide admissibility inadmissibility behavior, understand how he/she must act particular situation. For organization, it most appropriate value-based approach “organizational culture”. Within framework approach, core organization (value approach) acts basis for stable due stability certain values, norms, principles, rules activity, etc. very team, which much more difficult manage dynamic conditions than mono-national team.

Reflections of Organizational Identity and National Culture on Managerial Roles in a Multinational Corporation

We content analyzed CEO communications of a large MNC to examine the values that constitute its organizational identity and surveyed 4530 stakeholders to identify global and local managerial roles. Findings suggest that MNC CEO endorsed global culture values integrating local culture with company values that manifest in mid-level managers’ roles.
